Chalet occupancy is recommended for 1-2 persons per suite, and
1-2 person in double den bed for a total of 6 (six). El Dorado
Tax is 10% charged on all fees. Fully refundable Security Deposit
is $250-$500, Non Refundable Cleaning Deposit is $150-$250 for each rental period, extended stays to be determined. Dog/Pet Deposit Additional.

New Year’s, President’s, Memorial, Labor Day and
